Cart Path Only Policy During Off-Season
As part of our commitment to maintaining the best possible playing conditions for you, we are implementing a “cart path only” policy for the duration of the off-season. This policy is necessary to prevent damage to the course during the winter months when grass growth slows. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure excellent conditions when the summer golf season begins.
- Create a Player Profile when booking online. All reservations are saved to your profile. Online Reservations require a valid credit card to book a tee time and guarantee a reservation.
- Rates are based on Double Occupancy Riders of Golf Carts. All Green Fees are inclusive of Cart Rental. Golf Car usage is required until 1:00pm from April – October. Walking is permitted in the off-season November – March.
- Note – The Driving Range is CLOSED on Thursday’s until 2PM for weekly maintenance.
- Tee Times can be made up to seven days in advance for a maximum of four players per reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: Tee Times not cancelled at minimum 24 hours in advance are subject to full green fees charged on the credit card used to create the reservation.
- To avoid unwanted charges – modifications and cancellations can be done by emailing [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance of your tee time. Or, if canceling the entire foursome, you may do this yourself by logging into your profile and canceling the tee time.
- Any reservation made for more players than arrive on the scheduled day of play will be subject to a ‘No-Show Fee’ at the responsibility of the booking party. In these cases, Eagle Ridge will issue a Rain Check for the number of players that No Show.
- Rain Checks are valid for one year from date of issuance.
- Eagle Ridge prohibits trespassing on the golf course from all non-golfers; except for cases with advanced approval of Eagle Ridge Management and based on availability of golf cars.
- Through the months of May – October watering the golf course may be necessary to preserve turf health. As such irrigation heads may be going on through the day. We apologize for this inconvenience.
- Beverage Cart service is scheduled daily Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, however, may be limited based on play volume. Outside these dates service may be limited to weekends or terminated. Guests are encouraged to purchase items prior to tee off from The Hut / Pub. On course drinking water was eliminated during COVID due to health concerns.
- All play is at your own risk! All green fees are sold under condition of adherence to our pace of play policy.
