Online Pricing
When booking online, the price shown at the end of the transaction DOES NOT include Cart Fees. We can charge for Green fees in the case of a no-show, but cannot charge for carts. For Members, Carts are mandatory Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For Public, Carts are mandatory 7 days a week.

Online Tee Time Reservation Policy
Online tee times are available 8 days in advance beginning at 4:30 PM at http://www.eagleridgegolf.com/ To be entered into our reservation system, guests will be asked for their first and last name, address, phone number, and email address. A credit card will also be required. Guest information is for in-house use only and will not be sold or shared with outside vendors. Email addresses will be used for sending automatic tee time confirmations and notices of interest regarding Eagle Ridge Golf Club activities.

Online Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. Reservations not cancelled at least 12 hours in advance will be subject to full greens fees charged on the credit card used to book the reservation. As a courtesy to other guests, please notify the Golf Shop if you cannot make your reserved tee time.

“No Show” Policy
Guests that reserve tee times for any number of players and do not check in for their tee time or fail to cancel their reservation according to the Cancellation Policy are considered “No Shows”. Reservations not cancelled at least 12 hours in advance will be subject to full greens fees charged on the credit card used to book the reservation.

Email Confirmations
Tee time reservations and cancellations accepted by Eagle Ridge Golf Club will receive an automatic email confirmation. Guests are asked to provide a valid email address for confirmation purposes. Email addresses are reserved for Eagle Ridge Golf Club use and are not shared with other outside agencies.
Number of Players Reservations for two to four players will be accepted, however the Golf Shop reserves the right to fill any open slots. Fivesomes are not permitted at any time. Groups of five players will be booked as a threesome and twosome with open slots subject to filling by the pro shop. Online bookings for more than four players require each tee time to be booked one foursome (or less) at a time. Players must complete the entire booking process for each tee time required.

Online Booking - Acceptable Credit Cards
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, to reserve your online tee time. There is no fee for booking online, however reservations not cancelled at least 12 hours in advance will be subject to charge on the credit card used to book the reservation.
